We are looking for a skilled Java Lead who can design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications using modern Java technologies.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservice Architecture, with the ability to mentor teams, perform code reviews, and collaborate closely with architects to ensure high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance RESTful web services and microservices.

- Implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code following best practices.

- Lead and guide a team of Java developers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical mentorship.

- Work closely with software architects, DevOps, QA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Participate in design discussions, technical planning, and sprint reviews.

- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) databases.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.

- Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservice Architecture.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API design principles.

- Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

- Proficient with version control systems (e.G, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
