Responsibilities :

- Build, manage, and optimize large-scale MongoDB database environments.

- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability with minimal downtime.

- Implement automation for database operations, deployments, and maintenance tasks.

- Ensure database security, backup, recovery, and disaster management strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Requirements :

- 6 to 10 years of experience as a Database Engineer/DBA (MongoDB preferred).

- Strong knowledge of MongoDB architecture (replica sets, sharding, clustering).

- Experience in performance tuning, backup & recovery, and database migration.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Git, Ansible, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
