Job Description :

Work Location : Mumbai (Powai - Hiranandani)

It is 5 Days Working & Work from Office role

Technology Stack : Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), PostgreSQL, Azure SQL Database, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, PowerShell, Bash, Perl

Required :

- Proven experience in enterprise-level database administration

- User management & access control across MSSQL, PostgreSQL

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure : Azure SQL Database, Azure Database for PostgreSQL

- Familiarity with ARM templates, monitoring, cost optimization, and security best practices

- Incident & problem management, root cause analysis

- Performance tuning, query optimization

- Scripting with PowerShell, Bash, Perl, SQL procedures/functions

- Understanding of NoSQL concepts (MongoDB)

- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-have skills :

- Exposure to DevOps pipelines and CI/CD integration for database deployments

- Experience with backup strategies, disaster recovery, and high availability setups

- Knowledge of compliance standards and data governance
