Job Description :

We are looking for a Data Visualization Platform Analyst with strong experience in performance analytics, KPI development, reporting, and dashboard creation. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical solutions that provide actionable insights to business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain performance analytics reports and dashboards.

- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.

- Design and develop meaningful KPIs and performance metrics.

- Create dashboards that provide clear visibility into operational and business performance.

- Work with ServiceNow Performance Analytics to develop analytical solutions.

- Analyze data trends and identify opportunities for process and performance improvement.

- Configure and maintain reports, dashboards, indicators, and analytical components.

- Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting solutions.

- Translate business requirements into effective visualization and reporting solutions.

- Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve data-driven decision-making.

- Maintain documentation for reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical processes.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in data visualization, reporting, business intelligence, or performance analytics.

- Strong experience with Performance and Platform Analytics.

- Hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards.

- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

- Strong understanding of KPI development and performance metrics.

- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into dashboards and reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
