Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber Data/SQL Analyst to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity, operating between our Gurgaon office and remote environments. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and actionable business intelligence, translating complex datasets into strategic narratives that drive decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, engineering teams, and business leadership, to identify trends, optimize operational workflows, and solve critical business challenges. By maintaining high standards of data integrity and analytical rigor, you will directly influence our product roadmap and contribute to the long-term scalability of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and automated dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key performance indicators.

- Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover actionable insights that improve customer retention, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data tracking requirements, ensuring that all new features are measurable and aligned with business goals.

- Translate technical findings into clear, executive-level presentations to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.

- Proactively identify data quality issues and implement robust validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all reporting outputs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in writing complex, optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from large relational databases.

- Proven ability to perform deep-dive data analysis, utilizing statistical methods to identify patterns and provide evidence-based recommendations.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.

- Proven adaptability to a hybrid work culture, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in the Delhi NCR region.

- 4 - 8 years of professional experience in data-centric roles, with a focus on business analysis and data-driven decision support.
