Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Data/SQL Business Analyst to join our high-growth team in Delhi NCR/Gurgaon. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between complex raw data and actionable business strategy, translating technical insights into intuitive dashboards that drive decision-making for senior leadership. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product, engineering, and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize data workflows, and ensure data integrity across our RDBMS ecosystem.

Your work will directly influence product roadmaps and operational efficiency, playing a pivotal role in scaling our business outcomes through data-backed storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets, ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable and timely information.

- Design and deploy interactive analytics dashboards that visualize key performance indicators, enabling management to monitor business health in real-time.

- Partner with internal business units to translate ambiguous requirements into structured data models and analytical frameworks that solve critical operational challenges.

- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and anomalies, providing strategic recommendations that improve customer retention and revenue growth.

- Standardize reporting processes and documentation to enhance team productivity and ensure consistency in data interpretation across the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in writing advanced SQL queries and managing large-scale RDBMS environments to support complex reporting requirements.

- Proven ability to build and maintain sophisticated Business Intelligence dashboards that effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to synthesize disparate data points into a cohesive narrative that influences executive-level decision-making.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across diverse teams in both remote and hybrid work environments.

- High degree of adaptability and self-motivation, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.

- A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute is preferred.

- Candidates must possess 4 - 8 years of professional experience in a data-centric role, demonstrating a clear progression of technical and analytical responsibilities.
