Data Solution Designer - Insurance Domain

Title : Data Designer.

Location : Pune/PAN India.

Job Description :

Team Leadership : Will lead offshore data teams and collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs.

Role Overview :

- Design medallion-style data architectures (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for structured and unstructured data.

- Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and event-driven frameworks.

- Model insurance data across domains (policy, claims, quotes, pricing) using 3NF and dimensional schemas.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver data products aligned with operational and analytical needs.

- Lead and mentor offshore data teams, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and quality standards.

- Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance using tools like Unity Catalog, Purview, and metadata-driven frameworks.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in data architecture and design.

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, Databricks, and ADF.

- Proven experience in insurance data domains and product-oriented data design.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with data governance and metadata management tools.
