Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 4 to 8 years of hands-on expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in Python, experience with RDBMS/SQL, and knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.

A broad theoretical understanding of AI concepts, exposure to GenAI, and familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms are highly desirable.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop data models, build scalable AI solutions, and deliver actionable insights that help shape strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models, predictive analytics solutions, and statistical algorithms for business use cases.

- Perform end-to-end data science workflows including data collection, cleansing, feature engineering, model selection, training, validation, and deployment.

- Utilize Python and its relevant libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.) to build and operationalize data science solutions.

- Work extensively with RDBMS and write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation; leverage NoSQL databases where required.

- Build interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI to present insights to business and technical stakeholders.

- Apply broad theoretical knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including the latest trends in Generative AI (GenAI), to design innovative solutions.

- Work with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) to develop, deploy, and manage AI/ML pipelines and data workflows.

- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and develop interpretable, data-driven recommendations.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to define requirements and deliver high-impact AI initiatives.

- Conduct performance monitoring, model retraining, and continuous improvement of deployed models.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and best practices in AI governance.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python and commonly used data science libraries.

- Experience working with RDBMS and advanced SQL; knowledge of NoSQL is a plus.

- Proficiency in building dashboards using MS Power BI (preferred).

- Broad AI and machine learning theoretical knowledge; exposure to GenAI models and frameworks is advantageous.

- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, etc.

- Solid understanding of data modeling, data structures, and ETL concepts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

- 48 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
