Role Overview :

As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making by extracting actionable insights from complex datasets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable machine learning solutions that enhance products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support business decisions

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production

- Develop and maintain data pipelines and model performance monitoring systems

- Communicate technical concepts and results clearly to non-technical stakeholders

- Continuously research and implement new tools, techniques, and best practices in data science

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Masters degree

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Understanding of big data tools and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience working in Agile development environments

Preferred Skills (Role-Dependent) :

Depending on project requirements, experience in the following technologies is highly desirable :

- Azure, Microservice Architecture, C#, .NET, SQL

- PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML

- Unit testing methodologies

- OOP/MVC design patterns

- Docker, Pub/Sub systems, and asynchronous messaging

- Experience with Linux OS (preferably Ubuntu)

- MVVM architecture, Angular, Knockout

- NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure CosmosDB)
