Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and big data technologies, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and build scalable predictive models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform data analysis and interpretation on large and complex datasets to uncover trends and insights.

- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for business use cases such as prediction, classification, and recommendation systems.

- Work with structured and unstructured data using tools like Python and R.

- Utilize libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn for data manipulation and modeling.

- Build scalable data pipelines using big data technologies like Apache Spark.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments.

- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Data Science and Data Analysis

- Proficiency in Python (mandatory) and exposure to R

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, etc.)

- Experience with libraries : Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn

- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

- Experience working with Apache Spark or other big data technologies

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines

Educational Qualification :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
