Job summary :

We are seeking a Senior Data Science Analyst with deep expertise in statistical modeling, clustering, regression, and optimization techniques. The role requires strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills to design robust data models and provide insights that solve complex business challenges.

Key Respnsibilities :

- Lead the development and deployment of statistical and machine learning models (clustering, regression, classification).

- Build and refine data-driven models to support forecasting, segmentation, and decision-making.

- Apply linear programming and optimization techniques to solve business problems across domains.

- Work cross-functionally with business, product, and technology teams to understand and address analytical needs.

- Ensure scalability and performance of models in production environments.

- Mentor and coach junior team members in statistical modeling and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7-8 years of experience in Data Science and Advanced Analytics.

- Proven expertise in clustering, regression, and data modeling techniques.

- Strong experience in linear programming, mathematical optimization, and operations research methodologies.

- Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and optimization libraries/frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead analytical initiatives end-to-end.

- Simplify complex analysis for senior stakeholders.
