Job summary :
We are looking for a Senior Data Science Analyst with strong expertise in Media Analytics and a proven track record in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). The role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and driving data-backed recommendations to optimise media investments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Marketing Mix Models to evaluate media/channel effectiveness.
- Analyze large-scale marketing, consumer, and business performance datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Partner with business, marketing, and analytics teams to define measurement frameworks and KPIs.
- Translate advanced statistical analyses into clear, business-focused insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with latest trends in marketing analytics, measurement methodologies, and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in media analytics and MMM best practices.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 7-8 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics with a strong focus on media measurement and marketing effectiveness.
- Hands-on expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) using statistical and ML techniques.
- Strong knowledge of econometric modeling, attribution, and experimental design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL, and visualization platforms (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex analysis for senior stakeholders.
