- Implement and manage data protection methods such as encryption, tokenization, and data masking.

- Build and maintain data obfuscation frameworks for test and analytics environments.

- Define and enforce access control models (RBAC, ABAC).

- Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.

- Work with engineering, cloud, DevOps, and product teams to design secure data flows.

- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and monitor data access activities.

Requirements :

- 7 -15 years of experience in Data Security or related roles.

- Hands-on experience with data masking/obfuscation tools (Delphix, Informatica, IBM Optim, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of IAM, encryption, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Good understanding of compliance frameworks and Zero Trust concepts.

- Scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.

- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, AWS Security are nice to have.
