This position is located within the Analytics and Business Intelligence group, which provides actionable and advanced reporting & BI reporting solutions to support MetLife Business operations and strategy. The incumbent would work as part of this team to support the projects in traditional BI tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using CA Erwin.

- Create and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data models.

- Ensure data models are aligned with enterprise data architecture standards.

- Support BI reporting initiatives by enabling efficient data structures and pipelines.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical insights to stakeholders at various management levels.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Total experience of 7- 10 years

- Hands on experience in CA Erwin

- Experience in SQL Scripting

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Self-disciplined and results oriented

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of management, including translating complex ideas and data into actionable steps for business units

- Bachelor's degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education
