Key Responsibilities :

- Data migration Planning & Strategy Develop the overall data migration strategy, scope, and roadmap in alignment with program objectives and timelines.

- Execution & Delivery Lead the end-to-end execution of data migration activities across all project phases: extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.

- Data Quality and Governance Define and enforce data quality rules, cleansing standards, and validation procedures.

- Stakeholder Management.

- Documentation and Support.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ yrs of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.

- Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.

- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN etc.

- Experience with Data migration tools.

- Strong understanding of data modelling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Project Management Skills.
