Data Migration Engineer - SAP Syniti ADM

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize data migration rules, reports, and ETL logic using Syniti tools in support of SAP migration activities.

- Create and maintain data load programs and manage migration execution.

- Perform end-to-end data loads including extraction, transformation, loading and reconciliation.

- Conduct data profiling, quality checks, cleansing, and mapping to support accurate migration deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve data issues.

- Maintain project documentation including migration rules, load programs, execution logs, and issue records.

- Support UAT, cutover and validation activities during transition to SAP environments

- Contribute to continuous improvement of migration processes and tool usage best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 38 years of experience in data migration / ETL roles, preferably with SAP context.

- Hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM or equivalent data migration tools.

- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts.

- Experience in data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.

- Ability to interpret and translate business data requirements into technical migration solutions.

- Good documentation skills and ability to maintain project artifacts.

- Strong written/verbal communication skills with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred :

- Exposure to SAP modules and understanding of SAP data structures.

- Experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit / LTMC (DMC) and other SAP tools

- Exposure to PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) module is an added advantage.

- Prior consulting experience or working in a client-facing environment
