Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer GCP to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with GCP services, data engineering, Python, SQL, and modern data processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines on GCP.

- Build and optimize data solutions using BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.

- Develop data processing workflows using Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark.

- Design and implement data models and data warehouse solutions.

- Perform data ingestion, transformation, validation, and optimization.

- Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements.

- Implement CI/CD practices for data engineering workflows.

- Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement of data platforms.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with GCP Cloud Platform.

- Expertise in BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.

- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines.

- Knowledge of Apache Spark/PySpark.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.

- Experience building cloud-based data solutions.

- Good understanding of CI/CD and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Cloud Composer/Airflow.

- Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.

- Experience with real-time data processing and streaming.

- Knowledge of data quality and governance practices.
