We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer (8+ years experience, 3-5 years in AI/ML) to design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions utilizing Foundation Models. The ideal candidate possesses deep proficiency in Python/Java, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and big data technologies (Hadoop/Spark), with hands-on experience on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Key responsibilities include applying robust MLOps practices for model monitoring, leveraging deep learning architectures for NLP/CV tasks, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance AI systems.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables :

Generative AI and Model Architecture :

- Leverage Experience of Foundation model in building GenAI / Agentic AI solutions, focusing on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model adaptation.

- Apply Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling to design and optimize models.

- Utilize expertise in specific domains, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning, to deliver business-specific solutions.

- Employ Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch for model development and training.

Data Engineering and Cloud Deployment :

- Demonstrate Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for both model development and MLOps infrastructure.

- Utilize Experience with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e. g., Hadoop, Spark) for scalable data processing and feature engineering.

- Establish Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for automated model deployment, pipeline management, continuous integration (CI/CD), and ongoing production monitoring.

Problem Solving and Delivery :

- Maintain a proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions from proof-of-concept through production deployment.

- Apply Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex data science and engineering challenges in real-world scenarios.

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and engineering teams, demonstrating Strong communication and interpersonal skills to translate complex models into actionable business value.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 8+ years of experience with 3-5 years in AI/ML delivery.

- GenAI Focus : Experience of Foundation model in building GenAI / Agentic AI solutions.

- Core Tech : Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Frameworks : Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Preferred Skills :

- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for model serving.

- Certifications from major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty).
