Responsibilities :

- Develop, design, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Spotfire and Tableau.

- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.

- Write and optimize advanced queries using SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and transformation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide customized analytics solutions.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across various data sources and platforms.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in analytics tools and data pipelines.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization.

- Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights

- Perform ETL operations using SQL in conventional environments (MSSQL/Oracle), Big data environments (Hadoop), and data virtualization tools (Denodo).

- Manage and maintain databases to ensure data quality, integrity, and security, optimizing database performance and scalability.

- Interpret business requirements from cross-functional teams and develop advanced analytical and reporting solutions.

- Apply statistical knowledge and its applications to drive business insights.

- Leverage supply chain knowledge and general business acumen to inform data-driven decisions.

- Deliver valuable solutions to business problems and present findings and recommendations to Management.

- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI

- Analysing and presenting data through reports that aid decision making

- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish

- Create relationships between data and develop multidimensional data models

- Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models and relations

- Design, develop, test and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics

- Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI

- Analyse current ETL process, define and design new systems

- SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs

- Developing Dashboards : Created dynamic, KPI-driven dashboards for [specific industries, e.g., retail, finance, or logistics], increasing visibility into key performance metrics.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, visualization, and database management.

- Expertise in Spotfire, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL with hands-on experience in complex query building.

- Experience in handling large datasets and creating scalable analytics solutions.

- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
