Data Analytics Manager - Python/SQL

About the Role :

We are looking for a Data Analytics Leader who can drive data-led decision-making and deliver measurable business impact. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with product & business stakeholders, and build scalable analytics frameworks to optimize growth, retention, and customer experience.

What Youll Do :

- Lead & mentor the Data Analytics team, ensuring delivery of actionable insights.

- Drive revenue growth & retention through data-driven personalization & offer optimization.

- Design & execute A/B experiments to improve funnels and customer journeys.

- Build & deploy machine learning models for segmentation, churn prediction, demand forecasting, and recommendations.

- Create scalable dashboards & KPI frameworks for leadership visibility.

- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to translate insights into strategies.

What Were Looking For :

- 810 years of experience in Analytics/Data Science, with 3+ years leading teams.

- Strong hands-on skills in Python, SQL.

- Experience with Adobe Analytics (or similar tools).

- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.

- Solid understanding of statistics & experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).

- Knowledge of ML techniques (regression, clustering, classification, forecasting).

- Strong business acumen with proven impact in e-commerce, fintech, or gaming preferred.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
