We are looking for a dynamic Data Analytics Manager with strong expertise in Power BI to lead our data analytics team.

You will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by designing, developing, and managing interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

As a manager, you will mentor analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and align analytics strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and BI developers focused on Power BI solutions.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment emphasizing quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Manage team workloads, project prioritization, and resource allocation.

- Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations tailored to diverse business needs.

- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable insights using data analytics and visualization techniques.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data presented in reports and dashboards.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their KPIs and reporting needs.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integration, and governance best practices.

- Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and documentation for Power BI datasets and reports.

- Monitor and optimize Power BI data models and performance for scalability and responsiveness.

- Stay current with Power BI updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve analytics capabilities.

- Partner with business units, product managers, finance, marketing, and IT to drive analytics adoption and support strategic initiatives.

- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the impact of Power BI tools.

- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements :

Experience :

- 5+ years in data analytics or business intelligence roles, with at least 2 years managing a team.

- Proven expertise in Power BI report/dashboard development and data modeling.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M language), and data visualization best practices.

- Experience working with SQL and relational databases to extract and transform data.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus.
