About the Role :

We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer who has strong hands-on experience in process mining, SQL, ETL, and data integration. The candidate will work closely with various business and technical teams to analyze complete business processes, develop high-quality data models, and support enterprise-wide analytics and governance initiatives.

- This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and capable of translating business requirements into meaningful insights and technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- EMS tools experience, SAP, Ariba, SQL Server, ETL tool exposure, Microsoft 365 integrations, More ML/GenAI-focused than analytics +process mining

Key Responsibilities :

Process Mining & Insights :

- Use Celonis EMS (Case-Centric & OCPM) to analyze end-to-end business processes.

- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

- Build and maintain PQL queries, create process data models, and derive actionable insights.

- Create process dashboards and reports that help business teams make informed decisions.

Data Engineering & ETL :

- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure smooth data flow across systems.

- Maintain high standards of data quality, consistency, and reliability.

- Work with large datasets from multiple enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot ETL and data integration issues.

Enterprise Systems Integration :

- Integrate data from systems such as SAP, Ariba, Snowflake, and other SQL-based platforms.

- Work with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Outlook, Power Automate, and Copilot for workflow and automation support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Data Governance & Best Practices

- Support the setup and execution of data governance frameworks across the organization.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise data standards, compliance guidelines, and policies.

- Document processes, data flows, business rules, and technical specifications.

Analytics, BI & Reporting :

- Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators.

- Develop visual dashboards and analytics reports using BI tools.

- Provide insights that contribute to continuous improvement and strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Process Mining (Mandatory) :

- Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS for process mining and optimization.

- Ability to build PQL queries and process data models.

2. SQL & Databases :

- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with relational databases.

- Ability to extract, clean, transform, and analyze structured data.

3. ETL & Data Engineering :

- Experience with ETL development and understanding of data warehousing concepts.

- Knowledge of data pipelines, data quality checks, and data integration principles.

4. Enterprise Systems Knowledge :

- Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, Snowflake, or other enterprise-grade systems.

5. Microsoft 365 & Automation :

- Experience working with SharePoint, Outlook, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot.

6. Analytical & Communication Skills :

- Ability to interpret complex datasets and convert them into clear insights.

- Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Excellent oral and written communication.

7. Bonus Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with BI dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization.

- Knowledge of business process analytics and KPI frameworks.
