Senior Data Analytics Engineer (Power BI, Data Warehousing & Data Analytics)

Location : Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

- Build and optimize data warehouse solutions to support analytics and reporting needs.

- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines ensuring data accuracy, quality, and security.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Monitor performance and implement best practices for data modeling, query optimization, and warehouse scalability.

- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements to tools and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development (DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service).

- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, indexing, partitioning).

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.

- Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or similar).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analytics is an advantage.
