Data Analyst - Tableau/Power BI

Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, data visualization, and analytics to support business decision-making through actionable insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights

- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders

- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and data quality checks

- Create and maintain automated reports and KPI dashboards

- Support business decision-making with data-driven recommendations

- Collaborate with data engineering and business teams for data integration

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems

- Prepare presentations and analytical summaries for management

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SQL and database management

- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau

- Good knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

- Strong experience in Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas

- Experience with data modeling and ETL concepts

- Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Experience working with large and complex datasets

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have :

- Experience with Apache Spark or big data technologies

- Knowledge of machine learning basics

- Experience in finance, healthcare, retail, or product analytics domains
