You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets, enabling data-driven solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support business objectives.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

- Create data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate reports to support various departments including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

- Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data automation and predictive analytics.

- Support data governance and compliance initiatives to maintain data privacy and security standards.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices in data analytics.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Solid understanding of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

- Experience with statistical analysis and familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is desirable.

- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments is a bonus
