Data Analyst - Tableau/Power BI

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with modern BI tools, data platforms, and programming for advanced data manipulation and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Bold BI, Power BI, or Tableau.

- Connect and integrate data from SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, and REST APIs for data analysis and visualization.

- Create and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for business intelligence purposes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights through visualizations.

- Develop custom data processing scripts and advanced visualizations using Python.

- Implement and optimize ETL processes and ensure data integrity across platforms.

- Work with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for data integrations and hosting.

- Apply data visualization best practices including chart selection, dashboard design, and UI/UX layout for optimal user experience.

- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of data quality issues or reporting errors.

- Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable BI solutions and data frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in Bold BI or similar BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB.

- Solid understanding and experience in working with REST APIs for data integration.

- Proficient in Python for data manipulation and custom visualization.

- Ability to write clean, efficient, and optimized SQL queries.

- Deep understanding of ETL pipelines and data integration strategies.

- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and dashboard UX/UI design
