About the Role :

We are looking for a bright, analytical, and motivated Data Analyst. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

- Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and analysis.

- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.

- Present findings and insights clearly to internal teams and management.

- Support data-driven decision-making through meaningful analysis.

- Maintain documentation related to reports, dashboards, and data processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Computer Science

- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.

- Good working knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.

- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate insights effectively.

- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.
