We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for a data-driven professional with expertise in SAS and SQL, a strong background in retail analytics, campaign management, banking domain, and hands-on automation experience, with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. As a key contributor, you will design and execute analytics solutions, collaborate with campaign management teams, and drive data transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute analytics solutions using SAS and SQL for retail analytics use cases.

- Collaborate with campaign management teams to track and improve campaign effectiveness.

- Generate detailed reports and actionable insights based on retail banking data.

- Convert business requirements into analytical frameworks and solutions.

- Contribute to data transformation initiatives, including migration and modernization projects.

- Develop and deploy automation solutions to streamline reporting, data processing, and campaign tracking workflows.

- Automate legacy processes using modern tools such as Python, Dataiku, or other automation

frameworks.

- Explore and adopt new tools to improve productivity and analysis accuracy.

- Develop customer segmentation models to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.

- Monitor and analyze campaign lifecycles to identify areas for optimization.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business goals.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts on best practices in analytics and

automation.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in SAS and SQL; familiarity with Python and Dataiku is a strong advantage.

- Hands-on experience in campaign tracking and retail banking analytics.

- Strong domain knowledge in retail analytics, campaign management, and banking.

- Proven experience in automation designing, implementing, and optimizing automated

workflows and reporting pipelines.

- Experience working on migration or transformation projects.

- Comprehensive understanding of campaign lifecycles and customer segmentation strategies.

- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, dashboards, and visualization techniques.

- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
