Data Analyst - SQL/Python

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team, preferably with exposure to the pharmaceutical domain and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to help drive strategic decisions and process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage SQL for data extraction and transformation from complex databases.

- Apply Python for advanced data analysis, automation, and problem-solving tasks.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation checks and by identifying anomalies or inconsistencies in field-level data.

- Support timely updates and ensure key insights are effectively communicated to all stakeholders.

- Collect, clean, and interpret large volumes of data from various sources to derive actionable insights.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and data streamlining across business units.

- Use tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL to conduct data analysis and create dashboards or visual reports.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide analytics-based solutions to business problems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel.

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and SFE processes is a strong plus.

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively
