Role : Data Analyst (Diversity Hiring)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our analytics team in Pune. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving capabilities, hands-on experience in data manipulation, and the ability to convert complex datasets into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Exploration & Analysis : Analyze large, complex datasets to identify core trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.

- Dashboarding & Visualization : Design, build, and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and MIS using Tableau and Power BI.

- Data Management : Perform efficient data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation using SQL and Advanced Excel.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business, Operations, Product, and Technology) to understand requirements and deliver data-driven analytical solutions.

- Performance Tracking : Conduct exploratory data analysis, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide forecasting and performance reports.

- Data Quality Assurance : Ensure absolute data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all shared reports and dashboards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory Criteria :

- Experience : 3 to 6 years of proven experience in dedicated Data Analytics or Data Analysis roles.

- Core Technical Stack : Strong, hands-on expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

- Data Lifecycle Expertise : Demonstrated experience across the entire data lifecycle : extraction, cleaning, transformation, dashboarding, and reporting.

- Analytical Skills : Deep understanding of relational databases, handling large datasets, KPI reporting, and statistical analysis techniques.

- Industry Background : Prior experience with B2C product-based companies or current/prior experience working at premium analytics consulting firms is highly preferred and will be given high priority.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Knowledge of Python or R for data analytics and process automation.

- Basic exposure to ETL pipelines, data warehousing, or big data technologies.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills.

Location : Viman Nagar, Pune (On-site)

Work Schedule : 6 days a week
