A fast-growing Data & Analytics firm is seeking a Data Analyst to design and execute analytics solutions, drive data transformation initiatives, and collaborate with campaign management teams. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with retail analytics and banking domain experience.

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute analytics solutions using SAS and SQL for retail analytics use cases.

- Collaborate with campaign management teams to track and improve campaign effectiveness.

- Generate detailed reports and actionable insights based on retail banking data.

- Convert business requirements into analytical frameworks and solutions.

- Contribute to data transformation initiatives, including migration and modernization projects.

- Automate legacy processes using modern tools such as Python and Dataiku.

- Explore and adopt new tools to improve productivity and analysis accuracy.

- Develop customer segmentation models to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.

- Monitor and analyze campaign lifecycles to identify areas for optimization.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business goals.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts on best practices in analytics.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in SAS and SQL; familiarity with Python and Dataiku is a strong advantage.

- Hands-on experience in campaign tracking and retail banking analytics.

- Strong domain knowledge in retail analytics, campaign management, and banking.

- Automation skills using modern tools like Python and Dataiku.

- Experience working on migration or transformation projects.

- Comprehensive understanding of campaign lifecycles and customer segmentation strategies.

- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, dashboards, and visualization techniques.

- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
