Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support enterprise-level reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAS programming for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, along with expertise in building insightful and interactive Tableau dashboards.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Run, create, and modify SAS code to extract, transform, validate, and analyze large and complex datasets.

- Develop accurate, timely, and reliable outputs to support regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.

- Translate analytical results into meaningful business insights and present findings to stakeholders.

- Automate recurring reports and data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Collaborate closely with business users, reporting teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.

- Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights, trends, and recommendations.

- Document data processes, report logic, and analytical methodologies.

- Adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 7- 10 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in SAS programming for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Extensive experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.

- Strong expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.

- Experience in report automation and optimization of analytical workflows.

Analytical & Communication Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Graduation mandatory).
