Data Analyst - Salesforce Environment

We are hiring for one of the IT product-based company.

Job Location : Gurgaon/Pune.

Work Mode : Hybrid.

Job Description :

What you will do :

- Ensure Data Governance practices are followed.

- Review and analyze data across our Salesforce environment.

- Collect, aggregate, analyze complex data sets across our Salesforce environment identifying trends or patterns, areas of improvement and root cause analysis to understand the trends/issues.

- Identify, investigate, and manage the resolution and escalation of data quality issues.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data quality processes, standards and workflows.

- Perform ongoing data quality audits.

- Creation and generation of reports and dashboards on various metrics both quantitative and qualitative in Excel, Salesforce and other systems/tools.

- Import, export, clean, transform, validate data.

- Support with data validation, quality issues, integrity, accuracy, consistency and work to resolve impacting issues related to data elements, de-duplication and cleaning.

- Responsible for reviewing data requests, data analyses, transformation, and data uploads into platform.

- Ensuring all data migrations and data loads are completed in accordance with process.

- Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring :

- 4 + experience in customer, operational and/or financial analysis and reporting.

- Salesforce.com database knowledge required, including Salesforce Dataloader.

- Conduct data profiling to assess data quality and identify anomalies or inconsistencies.

- Experience with data cleansing, data standardization and quality.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to efficiently handle and explain complex information in a clear and organized manner.

- Strong experience Microsoft SQL data extraction and analysis; experience in Microsoft Excel analysis.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel initiatives, and meet established deadlines.

What we would like to see :

- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Administration and configuration preferred (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

- Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft PowerPoint presentation building and formatting, and visualization tools like Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.

- Knowledge of data quality tools and techniques.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, macros and modeling.
