Esyhousing.com is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. You will be instrumental in transforming raw real estate and user behavior data into actionable insights that drive product development, marketing strategy, and business growth across our housing platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Collection & Cleaning : Collect, clean, and organize large, complex datasets related to property listings, user searches, transactions, and market trends to ensure data integrity and readiness for analysis.

- Analysis & Reporting : Perform comprehensive descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses to uncover key trends in the real estate market (e.g., price fluctuations, inventory levels, popular neighborhoods, user-listing interaction).

- Insight Generation : Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and strategic recommendations for various teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales.

- Visualization : Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) to visualize KPIs and make data easily accessible to stakeholders.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize existing data collection processes, enhance platform features, and drive overall business efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce, real estate tech, or marketplace environment.

- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.

- Strong experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python or R) and statistical analysis techniques.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.

- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
