Role Overview :

Were hiring a Data Analyst specializing in banking analytics and insight generation. This role is less about reporting/visualization and more focused on deep analysis, SQL-based data extraction, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Extract, clean, and analyze large-scale banking datasets using SQL.

- Generate actionable insights on portfolio performance, customer behavior, and risk.

- Conduct deep-dives, ad-hoc analyses, and support stakeholders with recommendations.

- Collaborate with business & tech teams in a hybrid setup.

Must-Have Skills :

- 3 - 10 years of relevant data analytics experience.

- SQL expertise (complex queries, joins, query optimization).

- Proficiency in Excel and one analytical tool (Python / R / SAS).

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- SQL-based data extraction, and data-driven decision making also in Insight Generation.
