Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical methods, and visualization techniques. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making that drives business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Data Collection & Management :

- Gather, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from various sources.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

- Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Business Insights & Decision Support :

- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and performance metrics.

- Provide recommendations to improve business processes, operations, and customer experience.

Automation & Optimization :

- Develop scripts or workflows (using SQL, Python, or R) to automate repetitive data tasks.

- Continuously optimize data pipelines and reporting processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.

- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

- 1-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

- Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling concepts.

- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with ETL processes and cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).

- Familiarity with machine learning basics for predictive analytics.
