Data Analyst - R/ETL

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure product features to meet real-world data and business requirements.

- Apply strong problem-solving and logical thinking to optimise performance and ensure accurate outputs.

- Interpret numeric and visual data patterns to support decision-making and resolve issues.

- Select, configure, and optimize filters/functions to generate accurate and meaningful metrics.

- Validate implemented solutions and document findings to ensure acceptance and stability.

- Prepare, clean, aggregate, and analyse data using statistical techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using standard SDLC methodologies.

- Maintain and report task progress in standard business/project management tools.

- Ensure the smooth functioning of implemented solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

- 3.55 years of relevant experience in a similar technical role.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (Strong academics preferred).

- Hands-on experience as a data analyst or with data-driven implementation tasks.

- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux, Networking.

Programming/scripting skills :

1. SQL (Database scripting)

2. Python or Shell scripting

Proficiency in :

i. Data preparation & aggregation

ii. Data visualization

iii. Data analysis

iv. Statistics and/or R

- Ability to independently manage tasks and provide timely status updates.

- Proficient with standard desktop software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Experience in the Aviation domain is a plus (good to have).
