Role Overview :

As a Data Analyst at Expectmore BPO Solutions, you will serve as a critical bridge between raw operational data and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights. Your daily responsibilities involve managing the end-to-end data lifecycle-from extraction and cleaning to advanced modeling and visualization. By identifying trends and performance bottlenecks, you will directly influence operational strategy and contribute to the long-term growth and efficiency of our client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain robust data models to support complex reporting requirements and ensure data integrity across all platforms.

- Execute end-to-end ETL processes to integrate disparate data sources, enabling a unified view for business intelligence reporting.

- Develop and deploy interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key performance indicators.

- Perform deep-dive data mining and statistical modeling to uncover hidden patterns and provide recommendations for process improvements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to clean and validate large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency for high-stakes business presentations.

- Automate routine reporting tasks using Python to reduce manual effort and improve the speed of insight delivery.

- Translate technical findings into clear, non-technical narratives to guide leadership in making data-backed business decisions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation, alongside advanced Excel skills for ad-hoc analysis.

- Proven ability to build and maintain data pipelines and warehousing solutions to support scalable business intelligence initiatives.

- Strong expertise in data visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI to create impactful, user-friendly reports.

- Hands-on experience with Python for data cleaning, manipulation, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical insights to diverse stakeholders and influence business strategy.

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a data-centric role, preferably within a BPO or service-oriented environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote or distributed team environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple locations.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
