About the Role :

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources using Python, SQL, and Excel.

- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Present data insights and visualizations to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through consistent validation and quality checks.

- Automate recurring reporting processes for improved efficiency.

- Work closely with Data Engineers and Business Analysts to improve data pipelines and models.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python (NumPy, Pandas), and Excel for data analysis.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation techniques.

- Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data-driven decision making.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Exposure to data warehousing concepts and tools like Snowflake or BigQuery.

- Understanding of machine learning concepts or predictive modeling.

- Experience in automating data workflows using scripts or APIs.
