- Perform in-depth analysis of e-commerce and customer experience data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges

- Build descriptive and inferential statistical models to support business decision-making

- Translate analytical insights into business recommendations and communicate results effectively to stakeholders

- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools

- Analyze data from Google Analytics, BigQuery, Google Ads, and other sources

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data

- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests or hypothesis testing for product improvements

- Monitor and report on experimental results to guide business strategies

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations

- Communicate insights clearly to management and business partners

- Support data-driven initiatives and decision-making across the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or customer experience products

- Strong expertise in Excel, SQL, and data modeling

- Experience with Python or R for data analysis

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Google Ads, and Power BI

- Proficient in A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in business intelligence dashboarding and data visualization

- Familiarity with advanced statistical or machine learning techniques

- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business decisions
