What You'll Do :

As part of the analytics team, you will work closely with stakeholders on a diverse range of advanced analytics topics. You will leverage analytical methodologies to deliver value by providing subject matter expertise and accelerated execution support.

Responsibilities include :

- Collaborating with teams to gather requirements, design, develop, and deliver analytic solutions.

- Providing technical support through deeper understanding of data analytics solutions and processes.

- Working on analytics modules, integrating with case teams, and delivering insights.

- Establishing credibility through thought partnership on analytics topics.

- Communicating analytical insights through presentations, dashboards, and reports.

- Building knowledge repositories, methodologies, and training materials.

- Guiding juniors on analytical methodologies and performing quality checks.

- Contributing to business development activities (proposals, sales collateral, etc.).

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in statistics (hypothesis testing, sampling, etc.) and interpretation.

- Hands-on experience with predictive modeling and data mining methods.

- Strong experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP) and familiarity with AutoML solutions (SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.).

- Tools & Technologies :

a. Programming : Python (must have), R/SAS/PySpark (nice to have), SQL (must have)

b. Visualization : Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Streamlit

c. Data Management : Alteryx, MS Access, or any RDBMS

d. ML Deployment : Airflow, MLflow, Luigi, Docker

e. Big Data : Hadoop ecosystem, Spark

f. Data Warehousing : Teradata, Azure SQL DW/Synapse, Redshift, BigQuery

g. Version Control : Git/Github/GitLab

h. MS Office : Excel, PowerPoint, Word

i. Coding IDEs : VS Code, PyCharm

j. GenAI Tools : OpenAI, Google PaLM/BERT, Hugging Face

Functional Skills :

- Expertise in building analytical solutions and delivering measurable business value across use cases such as :

a. Price optimization

b. Promotion effectiveness

c. Product assortment optimization

d. Sales force effectiveness

e. Personalization & loyalty programs

f. Labor optimization

g. Customer lifecycle management (segmentation, cross-sell/up-sell, churn prevention, LTV maximization)

h. Strong written and verbal communication skills to confidently present insights and solutions.

What You'll Bring :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, operations research, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

- 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience in analytics roles.

- Prior experience in a global or professional services organization preferred.

- Industry exposure in domains such as Retail, CPG, Healthcare, or Telecommunications.
