Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Develop, maintain, and optimize executive-level dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for various business functions
- Gather and integrate data from multiple sources including Excel, SharePoint, Deloitte tools (Swift, ServiceNow, CRM, internal financial systems), ensuring data is clean, synchronized, and ready for analysis.
- Apply data modeling techniques to uncover trends, patterns, correlations, and predictive indicators that support business strategy and goals.
- Design insightful visualizations and presentations for leaders, providing recommendations that tie closely to project scope and business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend the most appropriate analytical and visualization tools to meet project needs and outcomes. Stay updated on technology advancements relevant to data mining and visualization.
- Create time-saving templates and automate recurring actions using Excel macros, Power Query, and other applicable tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and add value by automating workflows for requestors.
- Coordinate effectively with national and local teams in virtual and in-person contexts to deliver high-quality, timely results.
- Perform other duties as requested by management in support of team and project deliverables.
Work location & shift timings :
- Hyderabad office
- Hybrid model (work from Deloitte office minimum of two days in a week)
- 2 pm to 11 pm IST
Qualifications :
A bachelors degree in statistics, computer science or mathematics with minimum of 2 to 7 years of work experience in data analytic tools
Required Professional Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with clients and leadership, translate technical findings for business decision-makers, and document processes clearly.
- Strong time management, listening and comprehension skills to meet clients expectations on quality and timelines
- Strong analytical and logical skills with great attention to detail.
- Translate conceptual questions into data driven analysis for leaders to take informed decisions.
- Experience of metrics and analytics interpretation
- Coordinate work with other national and local teams virtually and in person
Required Technical Skills :
- Working knowledge of designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel formulas and Power Query.
- Proven experience handling large, complex datasets and extracting actionable information.
- Ability to create and manage SharePoint site elements (managing lists and site pages)
- understanding in ServiceNow Reporting with Platform Analytics
Preferred Technical Skills :
- Advanced knowledge in VBA, SQL, Python, ServiceNow ITSM Reporting, Power Automate, Power Apps and basic knowledge on Gen AI (Prompt Engineering)
- Basic understanding of Financial reporting and Corporate Real Estate analytics.
