Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, SQL, and transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.

- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

- Gather, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

- Develop data models, calculated measures, and DAX expressions in Power BI.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

- Monitor existing dashboards and reports, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

- Strong experience in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development.

- Experience with data cleansing, transformation, validation, and analysis.

- Strong understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and reporting requirements.

- Experience working with large and complex datasets.

- Knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
