Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis, business intelligence and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent BI platforms and a good understanding of machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify meaningful trends, patterns and insights.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent BI platforms.

- Translate business requirements into data-driven reports and analytical solutions.

- Perform data cleaning, validation and transformation to ensure data accuracy.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver relevant insights.

- Develop analytical models and support data-driven decision-making.

- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to identify patterns and trends in datasets.

- Present analytical findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate with data engineering, business intelligence and other cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence or Dashboard Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent BI platforms.

- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

- Good understanding of data visualisation and dashboard development.

- Experience with data cleaning, transformation and validation.

- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

- Knowledge of clustering techniques.

- Understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Python or other data analysis tools.

- Exposure to advanced analytics and predictive modelling.

- Experience working with large and complex datasets.

- Knowledge of statistical modelling and machine learning frameworks.
