Ciper Analytics is looking for Data Analyst to join our team. In this full-time role, you will analyze and interpret complex data, uncover trends and patterns, and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions and support the companys strategic objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Build predictive models, perform statistical analysis, and generate insights to support business decisions.

- Analyze structured and unstructured data using modern data science techniques.

- Gather, organize, and automate data extraction from multiple sources.

- Design databases, dashboards, and reporting tools for ongoing analysis.

- Communicate insights through clear visualizations and presentations to stakeholders.

- Provide analytical support in metrics, reporting, and performance tracking.

- Own projects independently while managing multiple stakeholders.

- Propose data-driven solutions and act as a thought partner to stakeholders.

- Collaborate effectively with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION :

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering or equivalent analytical discipline.

- Maximum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis with strong quantitative and analytical skills, knowledge of statistical methodologies, and hands-on experience in at least one data science or analytics tool (Python, R, Tableau, Power BI), along with presentation skills to convey insights to non-experts.
