We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.

You will work closely with our product, marketing, and operations teams to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who not only loves digging into complex datasets but also excels at "data storytelling"the ability to explain the why behind the numbers to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with data engineers to ensure high-quality data is flowing from our primary and secondary sources into our data warehouse.

- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

- Data Cleaning : Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; perform thorough data "scrubbing" to eliminate noise and inconsistencies.

- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.

- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to evaluate the impact of new features or marketing campaigns.

- Performance Tracking : Calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as :

- Reporting & Visualization: Dashboard Design : Create and maintain automated, interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Stakeholder Reporting : Prepare reports for executive leadership that highlight findings, illustrate risks, and recommend actionable solutions.

Ad-hoc Analysis : Respond to quick-turnaround data requests to support immediate business needs
