Job Purpose :

We are looking for a results-driven Data Analyst to manage and automate data reporting, dashboard creation, and business analysis processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely data solutions that support key business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Reporting & Dashboard Automation :

- Automate reporting flows using Python, SQL, Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Google Sheets, and Slack integrations

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and scheduled MIS reports for business stakeholders

- Set up proactive alert mechanisms for anomalies and KPI fluctuations

Workflow Automation & Data Integration :

- Implement automation frameworks to reduce manual effort and streamline data processes

- Build and manage data pipelines and reporting datasets required for monitoring and analysis

Data Infrastructure & Governance :

- Design and manage data marts and structured databases to support reporting and business experimentation

- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to ensure clean, reliable, and consistent data sources

Analysis & Business Insights :

- Conduct regular data analysis to identify performance trends and operational inefficiencies

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to product and business operations teams

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

- Strong command over SQL, Python, and Excel

- Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools

- Ability to design data marts and automate reporting flows

- Experience with Slack integration using Google AppScript and Webhooks

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with PySpark and handling large datasets

- Knowledge of additional BI tools like PowerBI, Clickhouse, or Amazon Quicksight

- Interest or prior experience in leveraging AI/ML for automating data tasks
