- Business Analysis : Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements within the Communications, Media, and Technology domain.

- PTC Windchill Expertise : Utilize in-depth knowledge of PTC Windchill to support and enhance PLM processes.

- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Solution Design : Design and propose solutions to optimize business processes and improve system functionality.

- Implementation Support : Assist in the implementation of PTC Windchill solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

- Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.

- Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of PTC Windchill.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.

- Project Management : Manage and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on PTC Windchill in the Communications, Media, and Technology domain.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in PTC Windchill, PLM systems, and related technologies.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Project Management : Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
