We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development. The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in Apex programming, strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), and proven expertise in Salesforce integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, performance optimization, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

- Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, future methods, flows).

- Develop custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.

- Implement and manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.

- Optimize applications with respect to Governor Limits and performance best practices.

- Utilize Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Gearset, Copado) for deployment and version control.

- Work with core Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

- Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Expert-level proficiency in Apex and SOQL/SOSL.

- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Integration techniques (REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs).

- Deep understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and performance optimization.

- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Gearset, Copado).

- Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Exposure to other programming languages such as JavaScript and Node.js.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.

- Knowledge of Heroku or other cloud platforms.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
