Job Title : Software Developer

Experience Required : 8+ Years (5+ Years Relevant Experience)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in full stack development and proven expertise in leading software engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in .NET Core API Development, React, Microservices, and Salesforce along with project management skills to drive end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, define scope, and design technical solutions.

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle : planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Provide technical guidance to development teams in .NET Core, REST API, Microservices, React, .NET MVC UI, and Salesforce.

- Manage defect triage, analyze user stories, and implement enhancements effectively.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

- Track project progress, manage risks, and report status updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience :

Total Experience : 8+ years in software development.

Relevant Experience : Minimum 5 years in full stack development & project management.

Strong hands-on expertise in :

- .NET Core, REST API, Microservices, React, .NET MVC UI, Salesforce

- Version control tools (GitHub)

- Experience designing and implementing business solutions in complex environments.

- Proven track record of managing teams and driving end-to-end software project delivery.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in managing distributed/remote teams.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an added advantage
